Pineapple and Pomegranate Guacamole - Freshly made Guacamole with diced pineapple, shaved coconut, pomegranate seeds, topped with Guajillo-lime sauce.

Crispy Pork Belly Guacamole - Fresh made Guacamole, topped with pork belly chicharron cubes and queso fresco.

Chiles en Nogada - Poblano chiles stuffed with picadillo topped with a walnut-based cream sauce, pomegranate seeds and parsley.
